The European double beam gantry crane adopts the advanced European FEM standard design and manufacturing. It consists of two main beams, an end beam system, a lifting trolley, a control system, and a cabin. Compared with ordinary MG type, its main features are the use of European standard, hardened surface of the reducer, three in one drive, and PLC+frequency conversion control technology. This design comprehensively improves the product performance. At the same time, the weight of the crane is reduced by more than 15%, and the wheel pressure is reduced by 10-20%.
It has the characteristics of light weight, small wheel pressure, and is the preferred machine for various material handling places. Small wheel pressure and boundary size can reduce the early engineering investment cost of the factory, and also save some expenses for lighting, heating, and other facilities.
